Hide/show current windows, or set the selected window transparent(0%~100%) with OS windows 2000 or above.With included uuIE(MiniIE), you can show web page with so compact size. Note window is protected with password, and can minimize while lost focus.

Also you can add others language(need download source of uuAssistant and modify lang.ini file and put it to directory of Lang\ of uuAssistant).
7, uuAssistant is released with source code(for uuAssistant is used of framework of ccProc,and with no plan on provide source of ccProc,so I'm sorry that you can't compile it).
